HealthTronix
Now this is a Hollywood idea I can get behind!
Earlier this year, Jason Segel mentioned on The Dean Blundell Show (102.1 The Edge) that he believed and followed something a life system called HealthTronix. It’s made up of three key features:
- Be kind
- Exercise
- Pursue a passion with vigor
I don’t know if he’s being serious or just joking around, but I’m going to practice this in the new year and from now on. It’s not that I don’t already, but doing all three more actively and attentively will (I think) make me a better person and help me keep focused.
